Radio from all communities with one voice.

While the last few artists take to the stage at The Sound of Cov: Live, Coventry’s community radio stations are taking to the airwaves on BBC CWR.

Between 4pm and 8pm on Sat 7 Aug and between 12pm and 4pm on Sun 8 Aug, tune in to BBC CWR and hear from a range of local voices telling the stories that represent their stations and their communities. Scroll down to see the schedule.

This audio experience will give you the chance to immerse yourself in Coventry life and discover what makes Coventry such a unique and exciting place to be in 2021.

Eight local community, student and hospital radio stations have been working hard over the last few months to each create an hour of radio. Each contribution, created with support from Creative Lives and BBC CWR, invites you into their communities, showcases the talented teams at their stations and helps you learn more about the people of Coventry.

Hillz FM, Radio Abbey, Radio Panj, Block Radio, Radio Plus, Vanny Radio, Raw and Coventry Hospital Radio will each have an hour on the airwaves to showcase their stations.

You can listen to BBC CWR on your radio (94.8FM, 103.7FM) or on BBC Sounds on your computer, smartphone or tablet.
