meet at main gate on Wyken Croft, Coventry CV2 3AE (opposite Blackberry Lane)
Duration: 2 hours each session

Woodland Wellbeing sessions for adults who are experiencing mental health challenges including anxiety, low mood and depression.

Access - The sessions are free, specifically designed to be accessible and welcoming, providing physical and mental space for every group member to take things at their own pace and attend the sessions on their own terms.

Support - Prior to attending sessions Kerry from The Starfish Collaborative will contact you to explore any specific needs you may have in relation to the sessions (including physical and mental) so you can feel safe and your needs are understood.

Activity - Workshop sessions are an opportunity for you to explore a variety of creative approaches whilst also discovering how your physical and mental health can be enhanced through connecting with nature, creativity and other neurodivergent people in your community.

Nature Nurture is commissioned by Coventry 2021 as part of the Green Futures programme. And produced by Starfish Collaborative.

Please note that there is a Taster Session for you to try and see if you like what we are doing.

If you do like what we do and want more then there are 8 further group sessions for you to join. Entry to the group sessions will be closed after the first 2 sessions where no further people can join the group so that we can grow together as a group. We understand that there may be some sessions you can’t make so please let us know about these when you chat with us.

We want to make sure you feel safe, comfortable and cared for when you come to the sessions. In order for us to achieve this care we need to know about your needs so we actively encourage you to let us know any health conditions/disabilities/access needs you have when you book and we can talk with you about how we can best support those needs so you feel confident to come along.
