About Starfish

The Starfish Collaborative are a Coventry-based Community Interest Company enabling people to access, explore and experience creative and cultural experiences for positive mental health and social change in Coventry and Warwickshire.

Community - We believe that working together as a community we can all make a positive difference in our own lives and the lives of each other.

Collaboration - We value and encourage individuality and collaboration, where each person plays a valued part in the development of the project.  Each project we develop is as unique as the individuals and the communities we work with.

Being human - We are facilitators and enablers, but also co-learners alongside the communities we collaborate with. We place high value on human experience, being real and articulating vulnerability as a strength by recognising that every one of us has something to offer and contribute even when faced with barriers and challenges.

Into the woods invites different communities to take shelter, have space to rest and also find inspiration in the woodland through a mixture of informal, accessible creative and cultural nature inspired experiences.

The sessions will take place outdoors where everyone has the opportunity to explore the woodland, rest, relax, get to know the space, share time with Kerry and the Starfish team and try out accessible creative activities in an encouraging and nurturing environment where everyone is enabled to grow.
