Are you an arts and culture industry professional? We are looking forward to welcoming you to the City of Culture as a delegate.

The City of Culture Delegates Office has been established to support visits to the city by arts industry professionals and cultural leaders.

We know the last year has been particularly challenging for the arts and cultural sector, so we are working hard to ensure that when we are able to open to visitors, we make it the best experience possible.

Our hope is that by fully immersing delegates into the programme while offering additional access to local artists and events, we will encourage new and meaningful relationships between the local and wider arts and cultural sector. This will ensure that the cultural output of the city is experienced by those who can influence its growth and secure a legacy for the local cultural sector beyond 2022.

Whether you are familiar with Coventry or you are visiting for the first time we can help you get the most out of your time here. Our mission is to ensure that all delegates have an exceptional and fruitful experience engaging with the cultural programme, connecting with the local arts sector, and exploring the city.

Delegates will be eligible for a wide range of incentives to support their visit; we can help you find your way around the city and even identify events which you might like to attend; avoiding those lost moments in an unfamiliar city.

With a centrally located hub, the Delegates Office will provide daily briefings which will give an overview of activities and opportunities in the city on any given day, this will be a moment to connect with us and other visiting delegates.
