Presence is gathering at Hawkesbury Junction for a one-day poetry festival hosted by a cohort of local artists.
These local poets, called Presence Poets, are inviting you to step into spring by connecting with storytellers within the community as well as renowned writers and performers. Scroll down for the confirmed line-up.
Highlights of the day also include the world’s first mobile poetry emporium, the Poetry Takeaway, serving up quality, personalised poetry to you.
At 6pm, one of the UK's leading spoken word and music shows Tongue Fu will perform in the garden of the Greyhound Inn.
Food and drink will be available to purchase from the Greyhound Inn throughout the day.
The Presence Poets are Boaz Adelekan, Khizra Bano, Raef Boylan, Lewis Driver, Aisosa Egharevba, Natalia Mashonganyika, Olugbemi Moronfolu, Laura Nyahuye and Tolu Oluwatudimu.
