Pioneering Industry: Sadler and Courtaulds

Tuesday 15 March 2022 – Friday 22 April 2022 (10 am - 4 pm)

A look at Courtaulds, the exemplar factory of Coventry's industrial spirit, inventor of man-made fibres and carbon fibre. This exhibition will also focus on important women who worked at the factory, including English chemist and industrial manager Vera Furness. This exhibition will be community-curated by ex-Courtaulds workers.

Pioneering Arts: Sadler and the Cathedral                

Sunday 24 April to Tuesday 31 May (10 am - 4 pm)

A look at the inspirational design and art of the Cathedral, coinciding with the 60th anniversary of the Cathedral’s consecration. This exhibition will be community-curated with the Friends of Coventry Cathedral.
