- All performances are seated
- There will be bag searches at every venue
- Bags should not be larger than a sheet of A4

Wheelchair Users On Arrival
We ask Wheelchair users to arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the advertised doors open time (mostly 7.30pm). This allows us to get you into the venue comfortably before the crowds pile in. We have a lift at the entrance and a lift up to the main venue
Wheelchair Spaces in the venue
Unfortunately we do not have a raised wheelchair platform, however we are able to organise a limited number of spaces to the side of the stage, please request this via the email above
Accessible Toilets
We have an accessible toilet in the main venue, you will need to collect a key from a security member or by asking someone behind the bar
Non Wheelchair Seats Required
For people not in a wheelchair but need to have seating due to their disability we can reserve chairs in the main viewing area, please email ahead so we know to expect you.
Medical support and emergencies
We ensure we have First Aid trained bar and security staff on duty for all events. Please ask a member of staff should you require support
Guide and assistance dogs
Guide and hearing assistance dogs are welcome, just be sure to let us know when you book. We can discuss suitable locations where your dog can stay throughout the show. Alternatively, if you would like your dog to be looked after, we'll arrange for someone to meet you at the entrance and guide you to your seat. Dogs will be looked after throughout the event in a quiet location with somewhere to lay with a bowl of water. *We recommend bringing hearing protection for your dog please

At the back of the venue are a large number of shopmobility parking spaces, they are at the base of Barracks car park on Barracks Way CV1 1LF also more info here:

Socially Distanced Seating:
There are socially distanced seats in each venue for New Music Biennial shows. A limited number of seats are available which are reserved for people who identify as being extremely clinically vulnerable. Wheelchair users may also be accommodated in these areas or within another part of the auditorium. If you would like to request seating in this area, please first book your tickets as normal and then let us know of your request through this form. We will then reply to you to confirm whether you can be accommodated.
Captioning:
A Captioning service is provided by 'My Clear Text' and will be accessible on your own device using a QR code to access the streaming website and read along.
Each piece of music will have lyrics or a simple description of what you can hear. The Q&A will then be live captioned. The second playing of the music will be accompanied again by lyrics and/or simple description.
BSL Interpretation:
BSL Interpretation is not being provided for this event as feedback from similar music events has shown that it is not appropriate for something so heavily reliant on hearing music with a very small proportion having any lyrics. Many of the artists involved have told us that it would not feel appropriate in these circumstances and may be misleading to suggest that a BSL user would find this provision makes the event more accessible.
