The Reel Store has been built to be accessible for everyone. If you have any questions around access, you can contact us on [email protected] or chat to a member of our team when you arrive.
This exhibition is a vivid, immersive experience using wrap around moving images and loud sound. The installation is projected onto the floor as well as some of the walls, which may cause disorientation and is not recommended for individuals who may become easily unbalanced.
This installation is not recommended for visitors with photosensitivity. If you are photosensitive or neurodivergent and would like to ask more about how this will affect you, please contact [email protected].
The Reel Store is wheelchair accessible with the following additions:
Changing Places facilities and accessible toilets
BSL interpreted access and exhibition information via QR Codes
Visual guides available both in advance and at the exhibition
A wheelchair for hire
Seating areas in the exhibition
Seating areas in the cafe
Please identify any access needs you have in advance of your visit. Part of the visit is accessible by lift only. For wheelchair users this means use of an evacuation chair in the event of an emergency. If you are unable to move from your wheelchair in this scenario please let us know before your visit by emailing [email protected].
The nearest Blue Badge parking is in NCP Belgrade Plaza.
Please note there is no drop-off point outside the venue.
Machine Memoirs: Space
Please note that as well as the above access information for the venue, the event includes:
- Areas of low-level lighting, in a gallery space with no natural day light
- Areas of low-ceiling height
- Atmospheric sounds in the gallery
