Co-produced by Coventry City of Culture Trust, Cardboard Citizens and The Belgrade Theatre.

Join Cardboard Citizens for a brand-new performance, carefully created with local people with experiences of homelessness in Coventry, as part of their three-week Cardboard Camps residency. Participants of the residency will weave together the narrative on stage from their collective stories, and highlight issues from their own perspective.

There will be opportunities to get involved in the show, as audiences are invited to help shape the outcome of the story for the characters; exploring what can be done to address the problems presented in the show.

This event and its preceding workshops have been developed and facilitated by Cardboard Citizens, a theatre company who have been making life-changing theatre with and for people affected by homelessness for 30 years. Cardboard Citizens aims to raise awareness, increase understanding and inspire change about homelessness; exploring the causes and effects of homelessness, both in individuals and on the general public, through theatre and arts-based workshops.
