Jacqui is creating a programme that brings about social change through participation in, and engagement with cultural activity for people with lived experience of homelessness and poverty.

Jacqui was recently Head of Commercial Services and Operations at Wilton’s Music Hall. Prior to this, she was Festivals Manager / Producer at Greenwich+Docklands Festivals (now and was Activities and Entertainments Manager for Crisis at Christmas.

Elizabeth (Zeddie) Lawal

Focus: Vulnerable Young People and Exploitation

Zeddie Lawal is a producer, theatre maker, cultural researcher and a firm believer in the power of young people and social change. She is committed to making Coventry a safer city by working with and for vulnerable young people at risk by developing a creative programme specifically focusing on empowerment, arts activism and cultural entrepreneurship that enables young people to transform their trajectories through upskilling, work experience and strengthening relationships within the industry.

Since graduating from the University of Birmingham in Drama and Theatre Arts in 2016, she has been committed to the inclusion, growth and changing the face of leadership within the city whilst using creativity as tool to transform society. She is writer of Exhale, a play exploring faith, sexuality and forgiveness. She was formerly Head of Community at Free Radical, part of Beatfreeks Collective, and has been listed as one of Birmingham Mail’s #30under30.

Hannah Graham

Focus: Mental Health, Isolation and Social Prescribing

Hannah is a creative producer, theatre maker and a writer with a particular interest in making work with communities and igniting creative ambition. She looks for and uses both ordinary and extraordinary spaces to platform stories through theatre, art and performance. Her previous work has appeared in shops, libraries, museums, on buses, in festival woods, pubs and schools.

She is a proud working-class Brummie who has developed and supported many grassroots initiatives through the Creative People and Places programme, Creative Black Country. As an independent theatre-maker she developed various works for Women and Theatre, with a particular focus on health and LGBTQ+ narratives. She has also led collaborative projects and arts for health projects for Birmingham Museums Trust. Her areas of expertise include devising projects for specific outcomes, writing for performance and co-creating collaborative projects with artists, organisations and communities.

Hannah is passionate about the potential transformative power of art and culture on a person’s mental health and wellbeing. Her focus will be to ensure that our cultural programme of 2021, from design to delivery, considers and benefits the mental health and wellbeing of Coventry’s citizens. She will work in partnership with local organisations to co-design creative and innovative interventions that inspire civic legacy movements.

Megan Evans

Associate Producer, Caring City

Focus: New Communities and Social Inclusion

Megan will be working with Refugee and Migrant community in the city to create a programme that brings about social inclusion through participation and engagement in a cultural setting.

Megan has just joined us from Deer Shed Festival where she was Creative Producer and Events Manager. Throughout this time she has also run community projects across North and West Yorkshire, recently launching the Podcast Social Club.
