We're offering 8 paid micro-commissions.
JOY aims to showcase the work of 8 emerging and established Brown Visual Artists who are female or describe themselves as female. The themes of the exhibition are POWER, BEAUTY & JOY. We are asking artists to respond to this brief with an outline proposal for a new piece or to submit details of an existing piece for consideration as part of the exhibition.

We're also looking for sitters, subjects and models
We're looking for Brown women, of every skin tone, shape, size and age range to feature in a black and white photography exhibition disrupting the narratives around Brown beauty, power, misogyny and colourism.
You could showcase the parts of our body that are beautiful, whether it's your hands, face or wrinkles.
Nungi aims to showcase the work of an established female photographer and 12 subjects/sitters/models.
