The Festival of Lost and Found
Discover the greatest show that never happened!
When The Festival of Lost & Found pitches up in the garden of Shakespeare’s last home, nothing is quite as it seems.
Friendly showpeople invite you to grab a drink and marvel at the tantalising smells, sights and sounds of their musical midwinter encampment. But as you wander among the tents you might wonder if they’re telling you the whole story… Bedecked with bunting and dodging the showers, our hapless cast are determined to put on the best show they can: but with the rain delaying their star performer, mulberry tokens going missing, and a stolen poem to deal with – they’ve certainly got their work cut out. They must unravel two and a half centuries of stories and piece together the clues, enlisting your help to bring to life the greatest show that never happened!
250 years after heavy rain and floods washed out David Garrick’s legendary Shakespeare pageant in Stratford, Talking Birds pulls together an immersive, festive theatrical experience for all the family – whatever the weather.
