Edinburgh-based artist and ‘cosmoecologist’ Alix Villanueva is interested in the use of the strange and the folkloric within ecological thought.

She will be undertaking a residency across The Pod’s diverse sites including their vegan café, allotment and a shed which was built by Bob and Roberta Smith.

Alix and The Pod will present a series of activities including hosting discussion spaces, an allotment work party, a supper club, and screening and live performance.

Alix will spend two blocks of time in residence in Coventry during the biennial, from 4th – 14th October and again from 14th – 24th November.

The Pod Café will remain open as usual during the biennial and is highly recommended.
