Friargate will provide over 3 million square feet of mixed use space over 25 efficient and sustainable new buildings – including 14 Grade A office buildings, two hotels and new residential dwellings, all set within with greatly enhanced public realm creating major improvements to pedestrian access.
Linking Coventry Railway Station and the city’s retail centre within a site of 37 acres (15 hectares), Friargate will create up to 15,000 jobs across a range of sectors.
Sitting adjacent to Coventry Train Station, Friargate is a transformational, 300,000 m2 mixed use development, being delivered by developer Friargate Coventry LLP.
